I have posted previously about problems of my vehicle. I have spoken t after sales dept who was suppose to collect my vehicle for repairs. The internal sales team at weelee have escalated the problem. I only get contacted once I make a post, then there is assurances that the vehicle will get collected and everyone is very sorry for the delay and poor service, and then nothing again!! As far as Im concern they get collect the vehicle and ***** it for all I care. Very poor. I will not recommend buying a vehicle through weelee. My previous posts can also be seen on the site.
I bought a so called 'Platinum' vehicle from weelee. Its not a Platinum vehicle and Ive been in respondents with weelee to collect the vehicle and repair what needs to be done. This has been going on for 3 weeks and now Im just venting my frustration due to the fact that weelee's after sales service is so ****!. I have sent emails on numerous occasions and not getting feedback. And I can tell you now that the Dekra certification is not worth the sticker. I will definitely not use weelee again neither recommend them. Im sure they will artificially write a glowing recommendation after this but anyone is welcome to contact me to find out why Im dissatisfied. And I highly highly doubt they are achieving 8/10 on Hellopeter.
I think you have poor service. I tried to apply for a position previously and weeks later someone got in contact with me asking if someone has been in contact. I also tried to apply for a position and now I must do assesments etc which is bull. Everything I can or cant do is on my cv, rather give me a call and chat with me about the position. Not interested in typing tests or what ever it is made up of. Im not holding my breath for a work possibility through Werkie.
