Superb service
I recently ordered a set of couches and chairs, and I couldn't be happier with the quality or the service. The entire experience went smoothly thanks to the expert advice, superb communication, and sincere attention to detail. My furniture was expertly tailored using the fabric of my choice, and the workmanship is superb. Such a commitment to client satisfaction is uncommon in today's world. I heartily recommend it!

Did not received goods as advertised
A while ago I placed an order for a gift for my daughter for a Monchichi house which at the time of advertising stated that it comes with 1 x 20cm doll. When received I did not open as it was a surprise gift for my daughter and what a surprise when we opened it a couple of days later beautiful house but NO doll!! I called takealot whom the first person not too helpful or friendly. I called again later very helpful and friendly he said he will escalate it to the ordering department. Up until today have not received the doll they just state that it was never advertised like that which at the time was not the case. Even in my confirmation email which they emailed to me the link clearly states that it come with a doll. I had spend extra money to buy the doll. PLEASE be careful copy the screen of the ad and save it - make sure you get what you order! They clearly made a mistake but will not admit it. Very, very dissapointed never happened with me before with Kalahari always received what I ordered!!
