My Mweb fibre has been down since 02 November and despite reporting it immediately (Ticket MWB32874479), there has been no resolution. The service is completely unavailable. The support experience has been terrible, the chat line has extremely long wait times and keeps disconnecting, and when I try calling, the hold times are so long that my airtime runs out before anyone answers. I can’t get proper assistance from any channel. This is unacceptable service from an ISP. I am paying for a fibre line that isn’t working, and I expect immediate action and a refund/credit for the full period my service has been down. Mweb needs to improve their support drastically. I am extremely disappointed.
