I'm cancelling this plan as I was misled by various Medway consultants on what the gap cover will actually pay for. I had taken out this plan specifically for the birth of my second child. I had spoken to two different consultants prior to falling pregnant explaining that the birth will be at a birthing clinic. Upon which both consultants assured me that I would be covered. During my pregnancy I again contacted the consultants, and again I was assured that I had nothing to worry about. I have been paying my premiums and absolutely nothing has come from this. I feel ****med. With all the money I have been paying for the past two years, I could have paid for the birth myself. Additionally, I have been struggling to get clarity as to why the claim was rejected, if I had been informed earlier I would have cancelled this "waste of money" earlier.
