Delay in Finalising Claim ALPHA95189

Good day, To whom it may concern, Please find attached the Third-Party Agreement of Loss for the following claim: Client: Reinhardt Transport Policy Number: IUMFLT32741 Claim Number: ALPHA95189 I have nothing good to say about this company honestly except the lady whos assisted me with this claim. Unfortunately, it seems there is no way forward and i have to resort to this. This claim was registered in September and has still not been resolved. I follow up on this matter daily, yet the response continues to be that the broker has not submitted the proof of payment. Not only has this process felt unfair, but the prolonged delay in finalising the matter has caused significant frustration. While I understand and sympathise with the challenges involved, this delay has gone on for far too long. I am simply seeking closure on this issue and wish to move forward.
