⚠️ WARNING – STAY AWAY FROM SELOKWANE PROJECTS ⚠️ Do not do business with Selokwane Projects. The owner, “Joe,” claims they are a large, professional company and provides a company profile – this is misleading. Arrived for quotation without a vehicle. Had to be driven back and forth to buy materials. Brought new, unskilled people off the street daily. Broke items I had to replace myself. Work was incorrect, unfinished, and extremely sloppy. Tools and materials went missing. Never returned to fix mistakes. Agreed on a paint colour, but painted a different colour. Claimed to use liquid rubber, but used the cheapest roof paint. Quoted for new materials, used old or discarded materials. Promised quality, delivered cheap materials. Did not stick to agreements or timelines. Constantly argued with his workers. I paid a deposit as quoted, yet was asked for additional payments almost daily for materials or wages. I learned a very expensive lesson. Their “business address” leads to a ****a shop. ❗ STAY AWAY. ❗
