Inconsistent, quality would make an Italian mama cry
Products are the most inconsistent I've ever come across. Coffee is made differently even if you order the same version each day. Baked goods use cheap ingredients (margarine?) that stick to your palate, chocolate is just sweet brown stuff that contains no cocoa in my view. Pastries are often stale, sometimes inedible.

Other insurers cannot lure me away!
I receive at least 2-3 calls a month from insurers hoping to lure me away from OUTsurance, but I've remained loyal to them for over 2 decades. They're always really helpful, call centre staff are friendly, claiming process is seamless. The app and the website offer everything you could need, so you never need to wonder where anything is or what you're paying for. Highly recommend.
