****med by Learning and Capitec failed to assist

Purchased 3 tablets on 24 October and was promised delivery after 3 days, but I never received the tablets. i logged a call with Capitec on the 27 October to help me recover the money as the order was not fulfilled, Capitec then said that i must wait for a month to lapse before i can log a call as am not sure if the products will not be delivered, i did explain to Capitec that this seems like **** and their website is down and requested that they block them from withdrawing the money but Capitec Bank said that there is nothing they can do i must call on the 25th of November to log a call, i called them on the 25th of November and they said that i must provide them with proof for that they can investigate and i did so, but they never got back to me. I have been following up since December, and Capitec keeps sending me from pillar to post, and my case hasn't been resolved.

Extremely disappointed with their online service ,

I bought a bed on the 19th of December, and to date, the bed has not been delivered. I wasted a lot of money on calls, and their chat system, and all i get are promises but not my delivery. am sooo frustrated
