Purchased 3 tablets on black Friday and was promised delivery after 3 days, but I never received the tablets. i logged a call with Capitec on the 1st of December to help me recover the money as the order was not fulfilled, Capitec then said that i must wait for a month to lapse before i can log a call as am not sure if the products will not be delivered, i did explain to Capitec that this seems like **** and their website is down and requeted that they block them from withdrwaing the money but capitec said that there is nothinn they can do i must call on the 25th of December to log a call, i called them on the 25th of December and they said that i must provide them with proof fo that they can investgate and i did so, but they never got back to me. I have been following up since January, and Capitec keeps sending me from pillar to post

Good day .i bought kiddies tablets in October 2025 From a company called LearniGo tablets and still now I haven't received my Tablets. And the company promised to deliver after 2 weeks from the 28th of October 2025.

**** Alert!!!!
This business is a ****!!! I ordered two tablets on the 25th of November 2025, which were supposed to be my kids gifts for Christmas. They never delivered. i tried contacting them with no luck till to date.

Order 4 Dec, just got email Order received and in progress. No reply on emails or update on Order. This looks like a **** just getting vulnerable people like us over the big season. So don't think our kids will get there tables this xmas.

We placed an order for two special items on 7 November 2025, which was paid in full and confirmed under the # @@@ order number. According to the confirmation email, the order was to be shipped within 10 days of purchase. To date, the order has not been delivered, and we have received no satisfactory communication regarding the delay. This is extremely concerning, particularly as the items were intended as Christmas gifts. At this stage, the situation is beginning to appear unprofessional and raises serious concerns screaming major ****. Such a load of **** ...... people should sue them as they have ****med so many innocent people just in November.
