God they do not even deserve the one i am giving them its been over a week with Uber collect trying to get my items back or delivered if it was not that rude driver Musawenkosi who spoke to me in such a awful manner and told me Uber and him owe me nothing and mentioned that Uber is not going to pay him to deliver the stuff I had on Uber collect. Its so ridiculous that I have been trying to get them and he has been asking for the number but no action was done. Uber has been saying they working on it but no fruitful feedback. You guys are really horrible at resolving this issue and have us speaking to a robot but no escalation.

You guys have to be the most horrible service providers. My agreement with you guys is the 15th of each month but because I do manual payments everytime between the 10th and 11th my Fibre is blocked. That's a breach of contract honestly this his very hideous. If I say the 15th it means 15th not before nor after on the actually day. This has to be the last month with you guys because no one can clearly fix this matrer

On 26 May 2025, I got a call from Vodacom being offered a data card, which I gladly accepted. It was then delivered on Thursday or Friday, but what a horrible experience it has been. I was billed so many times, claiming to be prorated and saying some excuse of being billed R299 for June, but upon agreement, my data was meant to start at the end of July, which I have on the invoice. I regret taking up that SIM card, honestly. From 26 June, when I logged a case, nothing has been done. Then their consultant calls and tells me they will credit the errors they made but want me to pay the end of June R299, which makes no sense because that SIM card was given to me at the end of May and activated at the beginning of June. Today I spoke to a lady by the name of Cindy or Sindi Mdluli. What a rude consultant who thinks we do not know how these things work! So when you are ready to attend to my matter in honesty and ethically. I would like to be assisted by someone with better reasoning and understanding because that R107.00 pro rata and R299 billed in June will not be paid by me. Thanks

I sent documents now it's silence. I am so disappointed, displeased, disgusting and any other negative word under the sun at Boxer Senoane the service the past few weeks especially the baker. When you come in the afternoon you'll never finds buns and hot rolls and the staff is so rude. Bese it's the cashier that served me. Didn't care to help with packing of the groceries and still help the other customer with his sale while I was still sorting out my stuff and you don't even deserve a 1 rating it should be 0
