I recently visited your store at Abaqulusi Plaza in Vryheid and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Despite being a loyal customer, I was met with indifference and a lack of helpfulness from the staff. On 8th November 2025 I visited the store were I already had 1 item to pay for and mind you there is only 1 till that is operating, fine we in the queue and ahead was 1 customer who was purchasing items, not sure if on lay bye, so that specific cashier while in conversation with the customer they agrred that the customer must still go and shop around for items amounting to R90, now here I am waiting for the customer to re go back to the aisle shopping for these items of these amounts, mind you the customer is still going to choose and decide while we wait at the queue, so I requested the till lady that becuase we in the queue and we waiting for a customer who is still shopping at the aisle may we pay for our 1 item and leave the shop then queuing and waiting for a customer who is still shopping around and she responded with a “NO” and i said but you have 1 till operating how can we be queuing for someone who is still shopping and she said we will have ti wait for that customer, I left the shop with the items i was about to pay for, now in a business perspective, your staff sacrified loosing money from a customer who was paying cash and to generate revenue for the business and rather dragged time for a customer who was adding items on laybye, it makes me wonder how many other customers have your store lost through this same experience? The lady at the till seemed uninterested in helping and didn't even offer any alternatives or suggestions. I hope you will look into this matter and take necessary steps to improve the customer service experience for future customers.
