Absolutely atrocious service from the gentleman I suspect is the owner or manager of Postnet Constantia. He served me with such racial disdain, I had to call him out. After waiting for him to certify my documents, he eventually came around to doing this and, upon completing this task, said nothing to me, didn't even look my way, but just pushed the documents towards me, while engaged in a conversation with someone else. When I took him to task about this rude, ****** and condescending behaviour, he proceeded to inform me that I had actually just received a "free service". So, to him, the fact that Postnet's own voluntarily advertised service, document certification, is a free service, that fact gives him the right to treat Postnet customers with such disgust and racial hatred. Thank God I could point out to him that, prior to receiving the "free service", I had actually spent R39 making copies, but I had been served by someone else. This man, whoever he is, is exactly what is wrong and broken in our country. It is this unacceptable ****** (from both white and black folk)that continues to keep our beautiful country in an unending spiral of polarisation. @Postnet I am utterly disgusted and I sure do hope that you will use this review to instill more compassion and empathy within your network. One of your most important training modules is Neighbourhood Marketing, and that discusses the importance of providing an excellent service to your neighborhood customers, because it is these people that go on to spread good news about your store. Well, we can all just imagine the "good news" I'll be spreading within the Constantia neighborhood!
