Not in the business of people
Absolutely atrocious service from the gentleman I suspect is the owner or manager of Postnet Constantia. He served me with such racial disdain, I had to call him out. After waiting for him to certify my documents, he eventually came around to doing this and, upon completing this task, said nothing to me, didn't even look my way, but just pushed the documents towards me, while engaged in a conversation with someone else. When I took him to task about this rude, ****** and condescending behaviour, he proceeded to inform me that I had actually just received a "free service". So, to him, the fact that Postnet's own voluntarily advertised service, document certification, is a free service, that fact gives him the right to treat Postnet customers with such disgust and racial hatred. Thank God I could point out to him that, prior to receiving the "free service", I had actually spent R39 making copies, but I had been served by someone else. This man, whoever he is, is exactly what is wrong and broken in our country. It is this unacceptable ****** (from both white and black folk)that continues to keep our beautiful country in an unending spiral of polarisation. @Postnet I am utterly disgusted and I sure do hope that you will use this review to instill more compassion and empathy within your network. One of your most important training modules is Neighbourhood Marketing, and that discusses the importance of providing an excellent service to your neighborhood customers, because it is these people that go on to spread good news about your store. Well, we can all just imagine the "good news" I'll be spreading within the Constantia neighborhood!

PostNet Constantia useless
Useless. The box I sent had tbe address on the box to Midrand. They fill in a waybill and send the parcel to Durban, they cannot even copy an address correctly, and then have the absolute cheek to charge us for it to be sent from Durban to midrand. It was their mistake. Please do not use postnet constantia if you want your parcel to arrive at the correct address. Clearly illiterate and people working there

PostNet Constantia useless

Excellent work, many thanks
Wanted to thank and highlight the excellent service received by Postnet in Constantia Village!! Wow! A parcel was sent to me from the USA using the US Postal Service; everything went well until it reached South African soil!😂 Once in the hands of our post office it disappeared from the computer systems and became untraceable. That is one month ago. Couple weeks ago, I popped into the Postnet in Constantia for advice on what to do and the owner/manager Colin took the problem and using his contacts eventually managed to trace the package. All of this as a favour! During the whole process he kept me informed of proceedings. Thanks, deeply indebted!

Excellent work, many thanks
Wanted to thank and highlight the excellent service received by Postnet in Constantia Village!! Wow! A parcel was sent to me from the USA using the US Postal Service; everything went well until it reached South African soil!😂 Once in the hands of our post office it disappeared from the computer systems and became untraceable. Five star service
In a short space of time, these 4 amazing people have become like family to me. Nothing is too much trouble, they work amazingly well as a team and their work ethic is impeccable. They handle huge amounts of parcels, emails, copies etc daily, all with a smile on their faces and still have time to banter and multitask like pros. They know my circumstances and they are very kind and patient. I really appreciate them. Keep it up, all of you!

Five star service
In a short space of time, these 4 amazing people have become like family to me. Nothing is too much trouble, they work amazingly well as a team and their work ethic is impeccable. They handle huge amounts of parcels, emails, copies etc daily, all with a smile on their faces and still have time to banter and multitask like pros. They know my circumstances and they are very kind and patient. I really appreciate them. Keep it up, all of you!

I WISH TO COMPLAIN... POSTNET CONSTANTIA'S SERVICE IS TOO GOOD!
“I WISH TO COMPLAIN.... YOUR SERVICE IS TOO GOOD!” As a consumer activist & writer, I love paying businesses this highly original compliment, but only when warranted. It was late afternoon on Monday 1st June 2021, and I was in a very stressful situation, needing collated copies of umpteen High Court Documents – that had to be presented in court first thing the following morning. Closing Time approached and time was running out, and YET the PostNet Constantia branch manager, Colin Poultney, simply kept going – at copying and collating – for almost an hour AFTER closing time, in order to accommodate me! This is extremely laudable and certainly deserves special mention. Since then, I have received extremely prompt, friendly and courteous assistance - from Colin and and all the members of the Constantia PostNet team, namely: Tamrin Charles, Chante Gilbert, Tauren Charles and Dwayne Goldschimdt. Emails, PDFs, Courier Servicing and Copy Collation are all handled with tremendous care and pride, no matter how big or small the task may be! Weeks may go by, and I still find it amazing that they all remember my name, and respectfully greet me accordingly. Which obviously makes any customer feel somewhat ‘special’ – when considering the sheer number of customers that pass through their door. Reviewing the PostNet service I received from Colin, Tamrin, Chante, Tauren, and Dwayne, I’d say these “5 STARS” certainly deserve your business! #WIN
