Shopping at checkers has become too terrible. The sixty60 trolleys take over, push instore customers out the way, there is no staff available to ask for stock and advice. I then went to complain to the managers, they just ignored me. Checkers, you need to up your game. Your business is not just sixty60, you are ignoring your instore customers and I for one won't be using you anymore
Useless. The box I sent had tbe address on the box to Midrand. They fill in a waybill and send the parcel to Durban, they cannot even copy an address correctly, and then have the absolute cheek to charge us for it to be sent from Durban to midrand. It was their mistake. Please do not use postnet constantia if you want your parcel to arrive at the correct address. Clearly illiterate and people working there

Before I joined I told them my dog had a problem where the plaque on his teeth causes an autoimmune response and his teeth would need removal. They replied that after the waiting period they could help. This was 2 years ago. My dogs teeth needed removal now for this reason. They are refusing to pay surgery costs because teeth extraction falls under their teeth procedures are not covered under the in hospital section. Conveniently lie to me to get me to sign up and then hide behind a clause when it comes to paying. My other dog needed admission for a severe allergic reaction and they refused to pay for her admission too. Pathetic. You think you're covered cause that's what they tell you but they lie to you. I'm utterly disgusted but I guess its typical insurance
I have been trying to get my new puppy insured since the beginning of December via the app via WhatsApp via email and NO ONE is getting it done. I guess I'll be insuring her at your opposition as I need her on medical aid by the first. You're happy to deduct my premium but when it comes to service you're not so great. 👎

I took out a funeral plan around 15 years ago. It is underwritten by Liberty. They had absolutely NO issue with increasing my premiums but decided to pay me out a tiny portion of my policy which won't even cover a third of my moms basic funeral. This is theft in its mist purest form, absolutely disgusting and despicable. If uou can up your premiums then you need to adjust the payouts and not just pay out what was stated 15 years ago, then you should never have increased your premium. I cannot recommend either company for funeral insurance. It's an absolute disgrace and that on top of myself having to deal with my mother's passing.
