Glasses

Giod day.i had a bad experience with osmans at northmead health centre.i had a pair off glasses made and eye test done.when i recieved the glasses i notived that the left arm was broken and fixed.put in a complaint and they send the glasses back to the lab witch they told me that a new frame has been ordered.waited 2 weeks and got the glasses back,allingment of the arms is still not fixed,the one lense is sticking out off the frame more then the other one.really not happy with the sercive i recieved.had to pay 3000 rand cash as i do not have a medical aid.now i am struggling with management to get this sorted out
