I bought jeans on the 22nd of Dec 2025! To date I have not received them, they cannot be reached anywhere and no one is even calling or emailing to explain what is happening. Pathetic service!
Not good, last month I made arrangements to pay double Instalment R3 502.74 and we successfully paid, however this month the same amount wanted to go through again and now they say my policy has lapsed as I did not pay, how so?
I was professionally assisted by Mr Lucky Khoza, I was scared that my policy was about to lapse and he insured and assisted me to reinstate the policy. I called in on Friday and he promised to call me back on Saturday as it had not yet updated on thier records and he indeed called on Saturday morning, great service indeed.
