Our experience with Everafter Studios

We are sharing this review to document our experience with Everafter Studios so that other couples can make an informed decision. We booked Everafter Studios after viewing their Instagram content, which appeared professional. Initial communication was prompt. However, as our wedding date approached, communication declined significantly. On the wedding day, two individuals arrived at the venue, and we would like to state that we are very grateful to the photographer and videographer who showed up and did their best on the day! Their professionalism and effort are genuinely appreciated. It became apparent on the day that Everafter Studios had not communicated the details of our package to the photographer and videographer. Following the wedding, we received no communication or acknowledgement addressing these issues. Our contract stated that photos would be delivered within 15 days of the wedding. A few days after the event, we were informed via WhatsApp that the turnaround time had been changed to four months. We received nine sneak peek photos two days after the wedding. The remaining photos were only partially delivered four months and two days later, and only after repeated follow-ups. According to our package, we were meant to receive over 1 000 photos; however, to date, we have received approximately 600. In addition, the photos delivered appear to have minimal editing app****, largely consisting of a standard filter, rather than the level of individual editing we reasonably expected. We have also received only a limited number of family photos, which is REALLY disappointing given that a wedding is a once-off event. This review reflects our experience only. While we are thankful for the individuals who attended and worked on the day, based on our overall experience with Everafter Studios, we would not recommend this service. We strongly advise future couples to confirm all deliverables, timelines, editing standards, and communication expectations in writing before proceeding.
