I have never ever experienced anything in my life like this before. We got to our appointment at 9. Waited for their admin to be done and by 9.35 still no help. Then my husband forced to go to be on time for work, left and the optometrist was rude and got upset. When I asked her why she was upset she said an appointment is 45 minutes. How she would have finished is beyond me so my husband left. We returned and got helped. I signed 2 quotes because they put hard coating on which I did not want. So new quote was done. Still H/O calling me to pay R1950 when my glasses haven't even been made. And they keep calling and threatening to hand me over. I asked for them to cancel my glasses cos this is by far the worst service ever. I was told I have to pay R500 if I wanna cancel, it's for the eye test. Then today was just the cherry on the cake when I was told they refuse to cancel my glasses. How I can pay for a service when I didn't even receive the goods. Again the threaten me. And refuse to listen when I speak. And more threatening. So I cut the call. I hope Mellins h/o reads these reviews so they can do something about it. But at this stage I believe they are the problem.
