We swapped over from a Neotel fibre optic line to a Macrolan fibre optic to try improve speeds (we are a high usage client). We have about 30 staff online and were not experiencing connectivity problems with Neotel. <br> <br> Once we swapped to the new Macrolan fibre optic line, we started experience fluctuating speeds and no connectivity. Macrolan say the problem is not on their side and don't even bother to come to site while we sit trying to run a production house with no internet.<br> <br> Shocking service!<br>
