I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received from iStore Pre-Owned. I placed an order for a phone on 7 November, and after weeks of back-and-forth communication with the company, the situation has only gotten worse. Not only did iStore Pre-Owned send me a different phone from what I originally ordered and paid for, but when the courier arrived, I rejected the delivery because it was not the item I purchased. I did not receive or sign for the parcel. Despite this, the company is giving me excuses, claiming that the phone “hasn’t arrived back from the courier,” which is simply not possible since I rejected the delivery on the spot. This feels like an attempt to delay my refund unnecessarily, and it is completely unacceptable. I have done my part as a customer — I ordered correctly, I rejected the incorrect item, and I have been patient — yet I am still without a refund or a proper explanation. I expect immediate investigation and processing of my refund, as well as honest communication going forward. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and no customer should have to fight this hard to get their own money back after receiving the wrong product.
