Bought my iPad last year November month end. It won’t charge now and they won’t fix it bc it has a small crack. It is still under warranty. Ridiculous

I placed an order from the iStore Pre-Owned department on 9 November 2025, and honestly, this experience has been extremely frustrating. It’s been 11 days, and I haven’t received a single update no confirmation email, no tracking number, nothing. It’s as if my order doesn’t exist. When I made the purchase, I was in Cape Town, so I selected collection in Cape Town. I’m now back home in Johannesburg, and because iStore hasn’t communicated anything, I have no idea how I’m even supposed to get my parcel now. And really whose responsibility is that supposed to be? I feel completely stranded. On 24 November, I contacted their customer service hoping for some clarity. All I was told was that my order is marked as “processing” on their side and that I should log out and log back in to see updates. I was also assured that I’d be notified when my parcel is ready for collection… but here I am, still waiting, with absolutely no communication at all. This level of service is honestly shocking. I’ve never experienced anything this poor before, and it’s left me extremely disappointed. I truly hope no one else has to go through this with the Pre-Owned department.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from iStore Pre-owned and the Rosebank iStore. I placed an order online and selected the pick-up option, yet I never received any confirmation email. When I called for assistance, I was told the store would contact me within two hours — they never did. When I followed up again, I was told the store was “waiting for stock,” even though the item was listed as in stock online at the time of purchase. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of remorse from both customer care and the Rosebank store manager. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused. When I went to the store, I was blatantly ignored, which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of resolving the issue properly, I was offered a gift card and told I could “top it up with my own money” to get something else — after all the mistreatment and frustration they had already put me through. This was dismissive, insensitive, and unacceptable. Although I eventually requested a refund, I still have not received any information or confirmation regarding the refund process. No updates, no communication — nothing. This entire experience has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with any customer-facing business. Poor communication, misleading information, zero empathy, and no professionalism at all. I expected much better from a brand like iStore. After this, I will think twice before ever purchasing from them again.

I placed an order for a phone on 7 November, and after weeks of back-and-forth communication with the company, the situation has only gotten worse. Not only did iStore Pre-Owned send me a different phone from what I originally ordered and paid for, but when the courier arrived, I rejected the delivery because it was not the item I purchased. I did not receive or sign for the parcel. Despite this, the company is giving me excuses, claiming that the phone “hasn’t arrived back from the courier,” which is simply not possible since I rejected the delivery on the spot. This feels like an attempt to delay my refund unnecessarily, and it is completely unacceptable. I have done my part as a customer — I ordered correctly, I rejected the incorrect item, and I have been patient — yet I am still without a refund or a proper explanation. I expect immediate investigation and processing of my refund, as well as honest communication going forward. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and no customer should have to fight this hard to get their own money back after receiving the wrong product.

Worst service I have ever received, I tried to purchase a phone online and after failing to get the phone I requested a refund, then they did not refund me the full amount I paid now it's been more that 3 months with no assistance I'm very disappointed because firstly they failed to deliver now my refund is partial 😡😡

I’m really not happy with your courier service, sky net. They haven’t delivered my parcel since yall dispatched. I don’t understand why you would consider such a useless company when we have good companies like aramax. I’ve emailed yall with no response. I’m flying out the country and need that iPad. This should have been delivered by Tuesday already. That damn company doesn’t answer cause I wanna follow up. Can you PLEASE get back to me.
