I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from iStore Pre-owned and the Rosebank iStore. I placed an order online and selected the pick-up option, yet I never received any confirmation email. When I called for assistance, I was told the store would contact me within two hours — they never did. When I followed up again, I was told the store was “waiting for stock,” even though the item was listed as in stock online at the time of purchase. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of remorse from both customer care and the Rosebank store manager. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused. When I went to the store, I was blatantly ignored, which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of resolving the issue properly, I was offered a gift card and told I could “top it up with my own money” to get something else — after all the mistreatment and frustration they had already put me through. This was dismissive, insensitive, and unacceptable. Although I eventually requested a refund, I still have not received any information or confirmation regarding the refund process. No updates, no communication — nothing. This entire experience has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with any customer-facing business. Poor communication, misleading information, zero empathy, and no professionalism at all. I expected much better from a brand like iStore. After this, I will think twice before ever purchasing from them again.
