Worst service I have ever received, I tried to purchase a phone online and after failing to get the phone I requested a refund, then they did not refund me the full amount I paid now it's been more that 3 months with no assistance I'm very disappointed because firstly they failed to deliver now my refund is partial 😡😡
Very disappointed with istore preowened online store, it's been a month struggling to get assistance but I paid full price, firstly i was told they ran out of stock then I was patient then they got stock, as I was about to receive it the courier got highjacked still gave them a chance... Now I requested a refund since it was taking too long for them to find a replacement, now the refund is also taking forever to be processed, I would not recommend it to anyone never buy on istore preowened online store.
I am so disappointed with skynet Vereeniging branch, I have been waiting for my parcel since Friday it's been out for delivery and they don't even communicate with me to inform me of what happened, I had to call the customer care myself only to find out their delivery truck was hijacked but they could not even inform me
I am really disappointed in istore pre owned I paid for a phone, then i was told it was out of stock, then 2nd phone I paid R1000 difference immediately but still they could not reserve the phone still now I'm told they escalated the issue but so in the meantime I'm going to lose the third phone that's currently available but I paid the full amount, I am failing to understand why there is no sense of urgency and if I want to cancel the refund will take longer. I am really losing patience now. They are not even giving you feedback without you having to contact them. It's been over a week now.
I'm very disappointed with Rocomamas Mall of the south, the food was good but I'm not happy with the service I got, I wanted to pay using a voucher and after making me wait for like an hour to pay I'm then told they are not registered to accept that kind of voucher, while at my bank its one of the registered restaurants we can use the voucher at...so now I had to pay with cash which I was not prepared to pay with, that was such an inconvenience since it was not even my fault that their system is not up to date.
