Poor Service and Unacceptable Delays
Complaint: Poor Service and Unacceptable Delays I purchased a MacBook less than a year ago from iStore Pre‑Owned in Rosebank. When the battery started dying at around 90% and the MacBook would just switch off, I took it to iStore Mall of Africa for assistance. I was told the issue would be assessed and resolved within 3–5 business days. Instead, the process has dragged on with contradictory updates. First, I was told the technician could not replicate the issue and needed permission to reinstall the software, which I gave. Then I was informed the MacBook was not switching on and now required a motherboard replacement—something that was never the original problem. The explanations are inconsistent, the delays are unreasonable, and I have completely lost confidence in both the product and the repair process. My son is falling behind on his schoolwork because of this prolonged delay. The service has been poor, and the handling of this matter is unacceptable.

Inaccurate bank charges
Every single month I am getting charged for items paid no funds for one thing or another. Right now I have a R135 charge. This is in spite of the fact that I made the purchase when there is money in my account and money was deducted from it. How is this possible??? I am yet to receive a satisfactory explanation as to why this is. I have even tried speaking to an agent but to no avail. I need answers and to have this charge reversed
