I just need my refund. Its been a month already. Nobody is responding.
I have been trying to cancel my service for three months and webafrica is not helping me. I now need a cancell Letter to install a new service and they are ignoring me. I have sent numerous emails to Reevona Pillay from retentions and she is not responding. I have been with them for four years and have decided to cancel due to poor connectivity.
I placed an order yesterday on Puck n Pay Asap which came to R1 092. R1557 was deducted to have included the buffer amount. The correct amount was to be debited on my account after pucking was done. This has not been done and Ouck n Pay Asap does not want to return my money. I sent an email and called them today and i was told to wait until someoune is allocated my email. Do you have any idea how big of an amount R450 is to some of us. Now im at your mercy for my money.
I am writing as an extremely disappointed customer. I placed an order online and there are missing items. Firstly the order came in pieces, about 8 plastics in different days. When i eventually ipened everything today to check, inhave missing items and I tried to call customer service however they cannot assist me as its Sunda I need to call again tomorrow. What are my kids going to wear?
I recently opened an account so that i can separate my banking. I received a payment and a hold was placed on my account. I was requested to send a POP and i did at 13:00. Ots been over 4 hours im sent from pillar to post. The hold has not been lifted. I need to make payments and I can’t. I call and they put me hold forever than a survey voice over starts playing and yet my query has not been resolved. I have spent over 2 hours being on hold at different intervals and yet nobody has assisted me. This has been my worst banking experience ever.
I bought a Country Road golf shirt for babies online on 19-12-23 and chose next day delivery. The shirt was delivered few minutes ago. When i opened the box, the t-shirt is filthy with white marks and lint. The cotton is hanging from stitches. When i called the support centre im told about a warehouse turn around time of 24-48 hours. Thats ubsurd as I needed this for Monday and cannot go to a shop to exchange. There is no woolies with CR closer to me. The closest is over 25km away. I am disappointed.
I purchased on the pick n pay asap app on 11.03. Firstly they deducted the whole order amount before shopping. When other items were not available they decided to refund me on their wallet platform instead of reversing the transaction. My order had missing items. I called on 11.03 and i was advised that i will be credited on my wallet for the amount of missing items. This should take 24 hours. This has not happened. I called today around 12 and spoke to Lehlohonolo who confirmed that it will be done in an hour. Its close of business and my credit refund has not been done. Terrible service since i placed that order and i will never again use pick n pay asap.
I have been on the DSTV price lock for years. I am currently on the R850 package that i pay for every month. On Sunday the 05 March my service was suspended. I called in and i was told i have a compact package that was activated on the 31 Jan 2023. I explained that I have never activated that. The lady I spoke to said she will escalate the issue and she reconnected my service. On the 8th of March again my service was disconnected for the same issue. The call centre cannot help me as the issue needs to be escalated. I am sitting here with no service and yet my subscription according to my agreement with multichoice are up to date. Yet I have no access. MAY I PLEASE HAVE MY SERVICE RE-INSTATED ASAP
