They delay calls so that your airtime finishes. I called 5 times in one hour and used R100 airtime; agents are rude. They do not help and payments are irregular
Bought my iPad last year November month end. It won’t charge now and they won’t fix it bc it has a small crack. It is still under warranty. Ridiculous
After 1 month of having claimed, I have not received any payment. This is even after being assured that I would receive payment by today. There has not even been communication that payment has been processed. They lie so much
They do not live up to the claim processing time, cause unexpected delays which inconvenience claimants. They are not great at communicating timelines and staff is very rude and doesn’t apply empathy
