They deny selling us food 15 minutes before the franchise closes, claiming they have ran out of food , but when you tell them you’re not leaving without your order…they now all of a sudden have food… happened to me twice. They overcharge us ,mix up our orders,their service is just foul!!!! There was a guy who particularly served me on drive through on Thursday night 27th November 2025 at 21H51 who is plain rude …he is letting down the business, as a Selcourt resident I now do not mind driving all the way to springs cbd so I could avoid bad and rude service.last bad encounter I had was when I bought 2x all star boxes with 2 Fanta oranges and he just told us he can’t take my order and told me that they have closed…overcharged me by R21.40 When I asked him to fix the error, he kept me at the franchise for 30 more minutes before he could reimburse my R21.40.
