I experienced a stinking attitude from your employee Langelihle on the 9th of January 2026 around past 16:00 I had to wait over an hour for a payed for service. Not only was I complaining about her (Langelihle)but other customers too whom assisted me with getting her name from the receipt that they had obtained from her. I don't think Langelihle understands that she's in customer service industry. Maybe she thinks it's a family business that she works for and even if it was, you don't serve customers with a stinking, ****ty attitude!!!!!!! Worst part I'm traveling with 2 babies if you can please go to cctv footage and see how long I was made to wait. Even when her so called colleague came back from lunch I was not attended to, therefore decided I will leave even if I've paid for an item that I did not receive. I hope her salary will increase from it.

They deny selling us food 15 minutes before the franchise closes, claiming they have ran out of food , but when you tell them you’re not leaving without your order…they now all of a sudden have food… happened to me twice. They overcharge us ,mix up our orders,their service is just foul!!!! There was a guy who particularly served me on drive through on Thursday night 27th November 2025 at 21H51 who is plain rude …he is letting down the business, as a Selcourt resident I now do not mind driving all the way to springs cbd so I could avoid bad and rude service.last bad encounter I had was when I bought 2x all star boxes with 2 Fanta oranges and he just told us he can’t take my order and told me that they have closed…overcharged me by R21.40 When I asked him to fix the error, he kept me at the franchise for 30 more minutes before he could reimburse my R21.40. Date of the incident: Thursday 27th November 2025 21H51 driving a white golf 7. You can look it up on your system and on the drive through camera.

The shop closes at 22:00 on Friday but when you come in at 21:00 they tell you only chicken pieces available no, wings , burgers and the rest. It’s false advertising. Very bad reputation
