I experienced a stinking attitude from your employee Langelihle on the 9th of January 2026 around past 16:00 I had to wait over an hour for a payed for service. Not only was I complaining about her (Langelihle)but other customers too whom assisted me with getting her name from the receipt that they had obtained from her. I don't think Langelihle understands that she's in customer service industry. Maybe she thinks it's a family business that she works for and even if it was, you don't serve customers with a stinking, ****ty attitude!!!!!!! Worst part I'm traveling with 2 babies if you can please go to cctv footage and see how long I was made to wait. Even when her so called colleague came back from lunch I was not attended to, therefore decided I will leave even if I've paid for an item that I did not receive. I hope her salary will increase from it.
This company CHAMELEON CASTINGS withholds peoples money, 1 of my payments is long overdue for a shoot they sent me to and on many accounts I've been phoning being told that the owner/guy who does payments Jonathan is not in the office by the receptionist even when he is as I have people I know who work there I'm close with, I phone twice / three times in one week and Jonathan does not get back to me, I have another payment about to be due but it will lead to the same incident when that's how we make a living but they take food out of our mouths, Be careful guys you don't get exploited, as a parent you must understand my frastration with these people!!!
