I'm so ****ed at how much we pay for "convenience" only to played. UBER ONE is just a useless service and I do not wish anyone to subscribe to it. I've been having such a bad experience with rides and UBER eats. Point1. After an hour of requesting and drivers not accepting my ride when theres plenty of them around... I finally got one. You request a ride for the driver to fecth you from pick up point to destination, but no apparently I must walk to where the driver is, sick in the rain and barely able to walk, I mean if I wanted to walk to get transport I would've rode a taxi..smh 2. You buy food for the damn drivers to deliver, they get to the gate to just take a picture and eat the food, acting like they've been trying to call, then report the food as delivered. When you get there the food is nowhere to be found. You call the driver they don't answer... obviously the next step is to report to useless customer only for you to be told that "the driver tried contacting you 2 times so we will not be able to refund you" that time R300-R350 is gone. 3. My point is, you cannot be paying so much for convenience to be receiving less or even no convenience rather stay with other delivery services because what the hell? I'm so not happy with UBER as a whole... very much useless. YOU NEED TO GET BETTER AT MAKING DURE YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE CARED FOR @CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THINK YOU SHOULD GET STAFF THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS ANX UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING... COMPETENT STAFF! FROM DRIVERS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!
