After waiting two weeks for my order, I became frustrated and even posted some negative comments online and in a few Facebook groups. Looking back, I feel a bit embarrassed because I reacted too quickly without giving my order enough time to arrive. Despite this, the company kept their promise. They not only sent me the upgraded power station because of the delay, but even included a gift card as an apology. Their customer service went above and beyond to make things right. I’m genuinely very happy with Solevo and truly appreciate how they handled the situation. I can definitely recommend them and I’ve learned not to judge too quickly.
