Be Carefull , Solevo-SA is not good people to do business with, definitely a ****. On 25/11/2025 ordered and paid for a VTOMAN Jump1800 Power station @ R4299 . To this day 22/01/26 I still didn't receive my purchase. no phone number or contact names. The only method of contact is info@solevo.co.za. You will only receive an apology for them being very busy and a promise of another express courier. The they notify you that your parcel had been pick-up and that is the end of it. I believe organize crime should get wind of this operation.

I made an online purchase of R7999.00 for a power station which still has not been delivered to this day. There is no way to contact them telephonically. The email that I have sent on numerous occasions is returned as undelivered.

Ordered and paid for goods on 30th November, to date, no goods received. No phone no to contact, no physical address. Company not registered with CIPC, Various reports found that this is a **** company.

Placed an order for over 15k in November, received order confirmation and shipping confirmation “South African post Office” with a tracking number. When I track it’s been saying “Out for Delivery” since 11 December. They don’t reply to emails, no physical address or phone number on their website. I’m beginning to wonder if we’ve been ****med.

After waiting two weeks for my order, I became frustrated and even posted some negative comments online and in a few Facebook groups. Looking back, I feel a bit embarrassed because I reacted too quickly without giving my order enough time to arrive. Despite this, the company kept their promise. They not only sent me the upgraded power station because of the delay, but even included a gift card as an apology. Their customer service went above and beyond to make things right. I’m genuinely very happy with Solevo and truly appreciate how they handled the situation. I can definitely recommend them and I’ve learned not to judge too quickly.
