Terrible courier service. Package has been at my nearest depot for more than a week. No response on WhatsApp. No answer on calls.
Great deals but you wait forever to get it. I am still waiting for my package and it's been more than a week. To get feedback is a mission too as its an ongoing fight between one deal a day and fastway. My package has been ons the same status, in Cape Town, where I Live, since the 6th. It's now the 12th... Getting hold of someone via this stupid bot chat on WhatsApp yielded little results. Would rather pay full price from a more reliable vendor next time.
Do not buy from this site. There signs are there that it is not a legitimate business. They do not deliver.
After more than a decade of supporting them, it’s clear that loyalty doesn’t mean much when the product and support continue to decline. The support team is untrained and uninformed — getting real help feels like a game of chance. When something goes wrong (and it will), your best bet is to run in the opposite direction. The portal is plagued by ongoing issues: from banking functions freezing for days, to painfully slow performance and constant errors. Basic functionality is unreliable. It feels like the platform is being developed by people with no real-world experience in what they’re building. A frustrating experience from top to bottom.
They continue to be horrible with a very bad attitude. Their accounts department takes up to two weeks to respond. When you phone them and become upset, they tell you to calm down and respect the process. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Greedy, rude and incompetant bank. They charge you an arm and a leg but there is no clear channel of communication to sort any queries out. Best digital bank, worst actual bank.

This event was delayed by two years and now the company nor the owner responds to update and refund requests.
Booked the cruise as advertised on http://cruise.afri***.co.za/ and the cruise was delayed and delayed by three years. I have paid my deposit for six people and now the owner, Michael Gladwin does not respond to any communication so one has to assume that he had ran away with money.
