I made an online purchase of R7999.00 for a power station which still has not been delivered to this day. There is no way to contact them telephonically. The email that I have sent on numerous occasions is returned as undelivered.
I to cancel my internet and was informed that my landline internet was a package. This was in end of May 2021. Eventually I got so fed up with no response from Telkom that I cancelled my complete service with Telkom, yet they still kept sending me invoices. This created the situation where I was in arrears according to them. Had they done as I requested that would not have been the case. I cancelled my service via ALL possible means, website, call centre and email. But it was never resolved. Every time you log a case, you receive an email stating that the case has resolved BUT nobody contacts you to investigate the case or inform you of the results and how they resolved the case. I'm still waiting for a response about my refund. I have requested on numerous occasions that a manager contacts me which has NEVER happened.
I've been trying cancel my Telkom internet since May/June 2021, without any success. I have numerous reference numbers which I get every time I phone enquiring about my invoice that I have received. I get informed that my account has been suspended. They owe me money for the cancellation which they to date have still not done. Every time I call asking for update on my cancellation they provide me with a new reference number. I'm at a loss as how to resolve this issue. If anybody has any advise it would be greatly appreciated. The SENIOR management obviously doesn't care what happens in their department seeing that everyone works from home.
You people are quick to suspend a customer's service because of payment issues even if it is your web interface portal that had a "glitch" as I was told by a consultant. You a penalize me for YOUR glitch, however you eventually take my money but seem to forget to re-instate my internet service. Your WhatsApp portal gives me the run around, but never resolves the problem. How long do I now have to wait for anybody to resolve my issue. You don't have any phone number that can be contacted so that I can actually speak to a person instead of a machine(willie-the-bot). My money was taken on the 7th January @ 06:39, I still don't have any internet service from Webafrica. Please help !
When phoning Woolworths, all you is automated answering machines, but no person to speak to. Trying to resolve a financial issue is an impossibility. I've been trying resolve this issue since 2016/02/02. They kept telling me in the past that it is sorted out. I keep missed payments according to Clearscore, as late as Jan2021. I have a paid up letter stating that my account has been settled.
I'm extremely unhappy with Fastway Couriers as their driver lies to the office staff. When I enquired this morning why my parcel wasn't delivered yesterday (2019/12/03) he apparently told them that he was at my address between 14:00 & 15:00, which is not the case as I was busy in garage from where I could see the gate at all times. My dogs never even barked once during the specified time. I also checked my camera footage which faces the gate and no vehicle entered my driveway during that time. Tried phoning again and the phone just rings, but no answer.
I had 4Mbps connection and didn't get 50% of that speed. I have now "upgraded " to a 10Mbps connection and the speed is even worse. The best speed that I was able to get was 4.33Mbps. I would like to know if and when they are going to resolve this problem. I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving, but they very quick to stop the service if there is money outstanding.
