I enrolled my son for a 6-month package that included 24 lessons, and I paid the full amount upfront. Unfortunately, we were able to attend only about 6 classes because many sessions were cancelled by the academy without proper communication. There were no updates, reminders, or notices about the cancelled classes. After four months of poor communication and missed sessions, the academy suddenly sent me a new payment link, asking for additional payment. This is extremely confusing because I clearly joined for a 24-lesson package, not a monthly renewal or ongoing subscription. I believe it is unfair to request more payment when the academy did not deliver the full number of lessons that I had already paid for. I hope they will improve their communication, honour the original package, and be more transparent with their billing.
