Discovery Mental Health Program with SSRI Medicine benefits.
Extremely poor unsatisfied service with my Mental Health claim from Discovery. It's now nearly a month that Discovery try and resolve my declined Mental Health claims for the last 3 months. The Relationship Managers and customer service are not well informed and trained with the Mental Health Program benefits. I logged claims and send emails explaining to them about the Mental Health Program benefits. I also send emails to the Discovery Principal officer but thats also a waste of energy and time. I believe that this so called "Discovery Mental Health Program" is **** news because no one in Discovery sound if they know about the benefits. I've got lots of reference numbers and correspondence from Discovery where they promised to rectify the declined SSRI claims within 2 working days. Believe me it's now 30 days! My last reference numbers received are: 11835841080 11810433663 11829242987 11829544045 My adviced to Discovery members are to stay far away from the Discovery Mental Health Program! It's ****! Only the Discovery GP who enrolled me received a huge amount for the registration! My daughter who was also enrolled on the same Mental Health Program, on they same day, experienced the same claims frustration with lots of reference numbers but no claims payments. Her Membership no is 876361630. In her case only the Discovery GP was only paid for the registration enrollment. Her SSRI Claims was also declined. I'm beyond fedup with this issue!

The residents within a 500m radius of Tiger’s Milk George are extremely unhappy and are struggling to live in peace as we did before. Attached is the George Municipality Noise Nuisance By-Law, as well as information applicable under the Environmental Conservation Act relating to noise pollution. At present, the noise levels from Tiger’s Milk George are excessively loud. It has reached a point where it is very difficult for residents to live comfortably in their homes. We invite you to visit the area during peak hours to experience the impact for yourself. Several formal complaints have already been lodged with the George Municipality and SAPS. The George Municipality Council, Law Enforcement, SAPS, and our Ward 28 Councillor are aware of the ongoing issue. Tiger’s Milk George has already received a first warning, and any further violations could result in fines or additional measures. Municipal Law Enforcement and SAPS will continue to inspect the premises unannounced. It is important to note that noise pollution is not restricted to specific hours—by-laws apply 24 hours a day to all premises, business and residential alike. Any noise exceeding the legal decibel limits, indoors or outdoors, is considered a violation. Residents are also concerned about whether an environmental impact or proper soundproofing assessment was conducted prior to opening, especially given the proximity to several apartment blocks and Outeniqua High School. Property agencies in the area have already taken note of the negative impact the noise is having on property values. The situation can only be resolved if noise levels are brought within legal limits and sound management practices are implemented. Tiger's Milk Bar George . Extreme violation of George Municipality Noise disturbance by-laws and the Environment Conversation Act.
Tiger's Milk Bar 23 Courtney Road George! Just one hell of a noise. No one can live here anymore. Several complaints of noise disturbance have already been lodged with George Municipality. The Speaker, Executive Mayor and the Deputy Mayor are fully aware of the situation!! Tiger's Milk already received their first warning on Friday night. SAPS and the Municipality will investigate,inspect,visit the premises at any time. Noise by-laws of the Municipality are being definitely violated here. George Municipality will investigate the matter thoroughly. We believe this building does not comply with the adequate soundproofing for this extremely loud music. The sound decibels will be tested by law enforcement at any time! Believe me none of the Tiger Milk's visitors, workers and owners will ever want to live next to this business. The most Property Agencies already take note of this chaotic situation at 23 Courtney Road. If you want to rent or buy stay at least 1km away from this adress. All complaints can be made to the Municipality 044 8016 6300 (all hours) and also SAPS 044 803 4733. It has also been recommended to the Municipality that the Traffic Department/ SAPS patrol the area for all by-law violations and alcohol levels of drivers. The Municipality and the Traffic Department agreed and is urgently working on this recommendation
