Dear Manager, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant at Vaal Mall. I ordered a Kiddies Burger Meal for my grandchild, and when I opened the burger, I was shocked to find that it was incomplete. The burger had no garnish, no relish, and the bread bun wasn't toasted. It was simply a patty with a piece of cheese. I was also disappointed that no one asked me about the meal options or offered to customize it according to my preferences. The service was lacking, and I felt like I was just another number. I expect better quality food and service from Wimpy, and I'm disappointed that my grandchild didn't get the meal they deserved. I'm concerned that if this is the standard of service, I might as well have stayed home and made a sandwich. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary actions to improve the service and food quality.
