Service excellence
I need to congratulate Johan Crous from Outdoor Tactical. He has expert knowledge on his products and understands the client's needs, he goes out of his way to source the correct products that is needed for the correct environment. His military background sets him apart from the rest and he would advise, based on his knowledge and background. He always returns my whatsapp messages within minutes and goes out of his way to assist if there's any issues with a product. This is service delivery with excellence.

Refunding ****
Refund policy needs to be addressed: I've been awaiting my R1000 refund since the beginning of August its over 4 months, countless emails that seems to be ignored. After 7 emails requesting feedback ( two months after first request ) I received an email stating that they are experiencing backlog issues since then no further communication.I had to follow up two months later requesting feedback and that a manager needs to contact me regarding this, needles to say no one phone, not even a reply via email. I then waited a week to once again contact someone, also know that I had Kuvesnie Naidoo and Myron Chetty included in these mails threatening that if I dont at least get a response, I would write a negative review and also blast on social media my frustration. Evidently they do not care and is not bothered by my frustration in this matter. I find it highly unprofessional and preposterous. Absolutely no client service
