My car has been at Haval Centurion for the past three weeks, and it doesn’t seem like I’ll be getting it back anytime soon. I initially had a clutch issue in April, which they repaired and charged me over R20,000 for. I paid that amount in full. However, the same issue occurred again in the first week of November. Despite being told I have a one-year warranty, they now claim I need to pay an additional R25,000. I refused and said I would collect my car because I’m not paying that amount. Since then, every time I call, I’m given the runaround. I’ve been dealing with a very rude representative named Nicola, who either ignores my calls or fails to call back as promised. They keep saying they’re waiting for @HavalSA to approve the repair, but honestly, should that take 3–4 weeks? I’m extremely disappointed. Never take your car there—you’ll regret it. The service is poor all around.
