We had a not so nice experience with Wallpaper online. 1 week turned into 4 weeks with no solution. We went instore for consultation and we gave them samples and specified what we wanted. Fast forward to when we are supposed to receive our Wallpaper, no one says anything about it being ready, we send them a dm no response and we send them a message via their website no response. We go instore and they say that they had a setback that's why we couldnt reach then and that can we give them a day or 2 for everything to be ready. They deliver but delivered the wrong shade and we let them know and now it's a back and forth until we called them out on social media that when they started asking the right questions. However they sent an email saying we should take down the video because they are not at fault and failure to do so, we will go the legal route. From the beginning they should have sent over pantones, but they didn't. It's only when they were called out that's when they sent over a lot of swatches.
