I’ve been having back to back calls with the UIF Department regarding my registration, so I can claim my benefits from my past employment. To my surprise, very distasteful, hostile approach towards me and calls hung up on me, when all I asked was for assistance to unlock my registration since it locked instantly after i entered the temporary password I was provided, which also happened prior to me registering, whereby my account got locked constantly. But that time before registering I had a friendly lady to help me. After registering I called again on March 13, but was met with hostility from a lady called Nthabeleng who didn’t care for what I was saying, after a short while she hung the phone on me. I emailed all the UIF Departments (including complaints), nobody has cared to respond, even now. And this is something that affects me.
I got ****med by a Capitec user yesterday. And i immediately made it a priority to report the matter to Capitec instantly as soon as I realized I was ********. Capitec made it clear they won't get involved because according to them it's ******* to buy electricity from someone online and I told them the only reason I did that is because I had emptied my bank account because Google was withdrawing funds from it without mv nermission Not only that, prior to the recent case I’m opening, I had sent a person money by mistake and then sent Capitec a message about it asking for my money to be returned back, they never bothered, they deducted a substantial amount money from my money for reporting a case but never an update on the customer who received the money or even a care. Now I just spoke to a lady from Capitec last night on their app, can’t remember her name. That was soon as I noticed I had been ********, and instead of requesting funds from the Capitec client, because I have all the proof needed, including phone conversations, full name and gave her a valid reason I couldn’t buy electricity online. Instead of helping me, she was dismissive and colored me as somebody aiding in a ********’s business, when honestly, if my card had not been giving me problem, I wouldn’t be here to begin with. Please help me and if any further information is needed, please let me know.
