4 weeks and still no delivery
Very disappointed with the service of RTT Logistics My mtn package has been kept there for 4 weeks now, I’ve been calling and calling but nothing. I just keep on receiving false promises that it’ll be delivered

Failure to deliver 3 times
Failure to deliver my MTN package, it has been 3 consecutive days were they promise to deliver my package. Tuesday - failure to deliver because client was not home. I was home the entire day no one cared to contact me Wednesday - no one came even though they sent a message of “package out for delivery” Thursday - I am still waiting, it is 15:40 and no driver has called or anything but the tracking status says “on route for delivery (2026/05/07) Can I just please get my package, some of us have work to go to, I can’t keep on missing working because I am waiting a package that won’t arrive.
