This network is so terrible, all they know is increasing prices its been 3 days without network and their WhatsApp service is so poor. I wouldn’t recommend this network to anyone. You don’t consider your clients you dont take us serious
Zoom fibre doesn’t take their clients serious, days without network, they reply to emails with automated emails without attending to your issues. They don’t return calls and cut WhatsApp messages without assisting. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone i just want my refund paid for nothing. Very bad customer service
