lack sense of urgency

This is my second time going to arwyp and I must say it has once again left a bitter taste in my mouth... I got there at 18:00 with my toddler sick her temperature very high she was hot and sweaty ...please explain to me why I waited until 21:45 for the dr to examine her?? After that I had to wait again for the dr to write her a prescription now that I was getting impatient with the staff they come up with an excuse that they are performing a resuscitation ok fine but how many people perform that ?? Does it take more than 10 people to resuscitate? Oooooh excuse me why do I pay so much money on medical aid so that I can get convenience if all I'm gonna get is standard of a public hospital to say I am mad is an understatement... at this point I'm willing to travel to greenstone busamed or Centurion medicinic because I am so done with arwyp medical center
