Fitzanne estate

I bought a property and Fitzanne is the administrator, caretaker passed on, chairperson moved out we have two years without AGM. Upto this day as the owner nothing has communicated to us even the passing of the caretaker. When I lodged complains are not attended and I missed my levy on the first month second month I received a final letter of demand via email. I made arrangements with them they refused and wanted me to pay Extra amount that I don't have, Fitzanne told me that is the instruction from the body cooperate, now they are charging me interest but they failed to respond when I requested them to send agenda and minutes of the meeting where the newly body cooperate was elected.
