I bought expensive globes in November 2023 and they have a warranty of 25 000 hours. In April two of them failed and I got swopped out for two new ones. The manager who dealt with it then just wrote the date of exchange on the slip. No new transaction. These two new globes failed too. One in November and one in December 25. I took them back today (7 Dec 25). I was also going to buy a lot of other items. At the end of the, the assistant told me that he had to speak to his manager (Ivan). Ivan told me that the new date written on the slip is insignificant and the warranty is two years on all their products. I tried to explain that these were two new globe issues in April this year but he just said that the original slip is from where a warranty works. Turned his back on me and went to serve a customer. I have always supported Zebbies but I think that this might be the last they see of me.
