I don’t know how SA government repeatedly chooses the worst of the crop when it comes to service providers. I held on the phone for 1hr20min I started as caller #8 and when I got to caller #1 I get told we are experiencing high call volume please email ur or hang up. How does this happen after holding for so long I need to speak to a agent and get my PrDP sorted and one has to deal with such.
