I purchased a Defy 8kg steamcure washing machine on 19 January 2026. On 22 February 2026, it suddenly stopped taking in water and stopped washing and spinning. I emailed Game online customer service on 23 February 2026 to report the defect and had to insist that their technician come within the week. He came on 26 February 2026 and confirmed the motor board had malfunctioned. Defy contacted me by phone on 27 February 2026, claiming approval for replacement had been granted and that they had communicated with Game. However, the Game customer complaints agent, Alex, denied that claim upon telephonic communication the same day. They keep sending e-mails prolonging the replacement. This is the second weekend I have been unable to use the machine, and laundry has piled up. I insist on a refund at this point. THE WORST BUY EVER!
The worst in hair quality. They claim synthetic (poor quality) is remy (good quality) and therefore overprice.
