I have ordered W necklaces from them online. Payed on the 29th of November and they banked the money on the 1st of December and my bank confirmed that they banked the money . I have been begging them for a reply and they keep on saying I never ordered and never payed them. Although I have all the proof of a payment they still would not acknowledge my plea for sending my order.

I have ordered the loved by Christ necklace from them payed online and W days later they banked the money. 12 days later I still waiting. They claim I never ordered and they never received the payment. I have proof of payment but they don't want to accept it.
