Really wish i could rate a -1 I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the jewellery I received. After only about a month of wearing the gold necklace, the colour started fading and the cross randomly fell off while we were walking. When the earrings were opened for the very first time, both of the crosses were already broken off and left behind in the packet. The rings on the earrings also started looking worn almost immediately. After something as simple as washing her face, where only a few drops of water splashed onto them, they already looked damaged. To make matters worse, I have been trying since 24 February to contact the company regarding these issues, but I have received absolutely no response to any of my emails or WhatsApp messages. I was genuinely excited to give this gift to my partner, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, based on the poor quality of the jewellery and the complete lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this brand.

PLEASE DO NOT buy from them. They are selling TEMU jewelry at RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICES. And then they call themselves Christians. ALOTnof customers complain about the quality of the jewelry, tarnished after a few times worn. BECAUSE IT IS TEMU JEWELRY THEY ARE SELLING TO YOU! They even use Temu pictures to advertise the jewelry. EXACTLY THE SAME JEWELRY SOLD ON TEMU! R400 -R600 FOR SOWMTHING THAT COST R17-R27 on Temu! You have been caught RED HANDED aand should be ashamed of yourself Lovedbychrist!!!! Thisnis daylight *******. And you want to know hownI discovered these *****s. My husband baught me a necklace with all the love in the world with money he did not really have, For a ridiculous amount! For riubbish, poorest of quality ( Notnhis fault).And then I saw why! TEMU PRODUCTS. AND he said it took forever to arrive. You want to know why! Because it was still on the way from Temu! I am going to take this further. This is nonsence! This is exploitation, unfair and *********! Add your profit, and make a living by all means. But NOT like this! And you CANNOT say there are **** profiles and pages selling YOUR products! Was it manufactured by you???.or in SA??? No! You are reporting these people because they are selling it for much less than you and it is not good for business. You are greedy, NOT Christian, righteous people! Stop what you are doing....STOP!!!.This is what you are doing! Value-Based Deception: A cynical take on "value-based pricing." It means setting a price based on what a customer might pay (due to clever branding) rather than what the product is actually worth!!! Come to think of it.. I think I might start an online shop and sell the TEMU products you sell, for much less, WITHOUT LYING ABOUT IT! And telling people it is MY Product! Lets do that! I have the business know how! AND I will be reporting you!!!

This is honestly such a disappointment, claiming to be a Christian business but advertising falsely. My silver cross chain started tarnishing after 1 week of wearing it. They do not respond to emails or comments on social media! I would never recommend this place to anyone or buy from you again. Your products are definitely not premium stainless steel or resistant to tarnishing.

I bought 2x cross and crown necklace from them for R800 not 3 months and the supposed sterling silver is now coming off. They don't read the WhatsApp on the link supp**** on their website for contacting them and also not from the system after logging complaints. One can't complain about the service as there is no service. Easy to take your money for **** silver and you want to use Christ's name sjoe, please think before buying then you might as well buy it from Shein and Temu seen other people who bought from them last longer. They don't even deserve a star

They claim that the necklace is "Premium Stainless Steel" - Durable and resistant to tarnishing" Silver - Classic stainless steel with polished finish" and will not change colour. After a few months - colour changed and I have trying to get in touch with them via the contact link on the website X 3, via email - with no response, via WhatsApp with the link provided on the website - yet it's still unread and NOBODY from "customer services" come back to you or even respond in any way. I provided Photos of the product and the proof of purchase etc.

This business shows complete disregard for customers and basic consumer rights. They are quick to take orders and payment, but once the money is received, they go completely silent. After 6 days, there has been absolutely no response to multiple emails. Messages sent to the only WhatsApp number provided are not even read, which strongly suggests deliberate avoidance. There is no communication, no updates, and no accountability whatsoever. This conduct is in direct violation of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), including but not limited to: Section 19 – Failure to deliver goods within the agreed or reasonable time Section 22 – Failure to provide clear, transparent, and accessible communication Section 54 – Failure to provide services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence It is deeply ironic and unacceptable that a company trading in religious items operates with such blatant disregard for ethical standards. Order #10793 remains undelivered. I am demanding a full refund. This matter must be resolved within 24 hours of this complaint being posted. If there is no resolution within this timeframe, I will immediately escalate the matter to the National Consumer Commission and pursue all remedies available to me under the CPA. Given the volume of similar complaints visible on Facebook and other platforms, this behaviour appears to be systemic. I strongly warn consumers to avoid this business entirely.

I have ordered W necklaces from them online. Payed on the 29th of November and they banked the money on the 1st of December and my bank confirmed that they banked the money . I have been begging them for a reply and they keep on saying I never ordered and never payed them. Although I have all the proof of a payment they still would not acknowledge my plea for sending my order.
